Court Is In Session, What Will The Verdict Be

Good Morning Girlfriends:

Many years ago I remember watching the television show called "Judge Judy," wow was she a tough person to have to stand before. When everyone was seated in their rightful places, the Bailiff would announce for everyone to rise, as Judge Judy came in and took her place at the bench, it was then announced that court was in session and everyone was to be seated.

Judge Judy would then read over the case that was in front of her, so she would have some insight about what was being brought to her as evidence. She would then ask the "plaintiff" to explain their side of the story of what the problem was and what brought them to court. As the "plaintiffs" evidence was brought across to Judge Judy, she would then ask questions so she could have a better understanding of the problem. She would ask the plaintiff for pictures, any receipts, any evidence that witnesses may have had. After all of the evidence was produced from that side, then Judge Judy would turn to the defendant to ask them questions as she heard their side of the story as they would pass over to her any evidence that they had to bring to the bench. After listening to both side and weighing the evidence, Judge Judy would make her decision and ruled for either the plaintiff side or the defendants side, whichever one she felt was telling the truth and had the best evidence.

In a big court case the same thing happens, only in this case all of the evidence that has been brought forth, is given to the 'Jury" to be taken into a private room, as they discuss all of the evidence, then they have to come to a final decision and when they are finished, the decision is passed over to the Judge and the verdict is read.

The same will be for us girlfriends, come the day that we stand before our maker, Jesus Christ, we too will be judged for all of the things that we have done while living on this earth, whether good or bad. for what our reward will be in Heaven. But first, there may be some sweet souls out there who have never accepted Jesus into their heart before, and you may be wondering what should you do. Everyone on this earth has a choice to make, whether to accept Jesus or not to, each of us has been given a free will to make that choice, we are never forced.

The evidence is clear in this case, John 3:16 says, "That God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, and that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life," that means Jesus died for you because He loves you! John 14:6 says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but through me," we have to go to Jesus. John 14:2-3 tells us that Jesus has went to prepare a place for us in Heaven. Our key verse tells us that Jesus came to this earth to save it, that means each and every living soul, every person, He came to save. We have the choice whether we want to receive it or reject God's promises to us, this is a case when we have to make the decision for our own outcome to where we will live eternally. Girlfriends, I love you with the love of the Lord and I pray that as you read all of the evidence (truth), you will come to a verdict.

Father God, I thank you for each dear soul that is reading this today. Lord, I lift up each precious person who has never made that decision to ask you into their heart. Lord, I pray that today would be that day. This is the most important decision they will ever make in their life. Lord, I ask that you would make yourself known to each one in a very special and real way as your Holy presence falls upon them and as they hear you speak their name, I pray that today would be their day to make the most wonderful decision for their life, in Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen.
