"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." Galatians 5:1 NIV

Good Morning Girlfriends:

All around the world, people are watching the production of how the truckers have gathered a convoy of other truckers, people who are driving regular vehicles together, as they have all gathered at our Capital to stand up for freedom. There are people from all walks of life represented there as interviews have been telecasted, to let us the people know that there is no sign of trouble going on, there have been no riots taking place, just unity is all around them.

A Christian man who has a television studio, interviewed a father and his family that had moved her from India, the father spoke with such passion that the people represented unity and peace, all the people that were gathered there were there for one thing and that was freedom. It did not have anything to do with this epidemic that is going on, only freedom for our country to live the way we always lived, in freedom, and that is the way our Country has lived as civil, peaceful, and loving people. The father continued to share his passion for Jesus Christ, and that this land once stood on His principals and that is what this whole fight is about and that is why the people are at the Capital, because they are standing for freedom.

Girlfriends, our key verse says that it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. When we asked Him to come into our life and take over, He set us free from all of our past sin. Some of us may have been set free from a slavery of smoking or a slavery of alcohol, or a slavery of perversion. It could have even been a slavery to witchcraft which takes in several things such as reading Tarot cards, reading palms to name a couple and even being a controlling person over another person. When Jesus sets us free from whatever it is that we had trouble with and had enough so that we wanted a change in our life and turned to Jesus, He totally sets us free from it, we are never the same after we have experienced a touch from the Master.

In the next part of that verse, it tells us to 'stand firm,' and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Can you imagine if the Isrealites had turned around, after God had parted the waters for them to walk through to their place of freedom, and they had turned to go back into Egypt where they were slaves, being beaten and working continuous long hours every day, how much harder would it have been for them if they went back. That is why God tells us to stand firm and do not let ourselves to be burdened again with whatever it was that He delivered us from, why would we want to go back into it after feeling what it is like to be free from it.

When you know the truth of what God's word says to you, you will want to live in that truth which is freedom. We will walk in the freedom that we are called His chosen ones, we will walk in the freedom of knowing that we are delivered and set free, we will walk in the freedom of knowing we are His righteous ones as we live for Him. As we follow God and walk in His ways it is easier to walk in love as we love one another which brings honor to God, we will know that we are truly walking in the freedom of God, like it says in 1 Peter 2:16-17. Amen? Again God reminds us that when we call out to Him when we are in distress He will answer us and set us free. ( Psalm 118:5) Our God is a confirmer of His word as He brings comfort to each of us with His word.

Girlfriends, if there is anyone who is in the need of being rescued and set free from whatever slavery you may be in, today is your day for freedom, today you can make the choice to stand in your freedom as we all stand together as sisters in the Lord, and stand in unity with one another.

Let's Pray,

Father God, I thank you Lord for this wonderful day. Lord I thank you for the freedom that you have for each and every one of us and that today is always the day for that freedom. Lord, I lift up that dear soul who may be crying out to you today, for a change in their life, in their situation, Lord, as Your word says to those who believe, when they call upon the name of Jesus, they are free, and who the Son sets free is free indeed. Today is the day that we walk together in unity in that freedom that you have so freely given. Lord, as we stand together, we thank you and we praise you in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Be blessed dear ones and pass the blessings on and walk in the freedom in which God has given each one.
