Not The Right Time

For God says, "At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of Salvation, I helped you." Indeed, the "right time" is now. Today is the day of Salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2 The Living Bible

Good Morning Girlfriends:

Over the years I have listened to peoples stories about how they as a couple had planned to wait for the right time in their lives to start a family. It was said they were waiting until they had their careers well established, they had the right house to accommodate everything that they wanted in life, they wanted to make sure that they had enough money to do everything that they wanted to do, this was their plan.

It is a good thing to have a plan to be put in place, hoping that everything will fall into the right place at the right time, but sometimes it just doesn't happen that way, as most of us may know. I guess I had never thought about things in that way when I was out on my own, things happened the way they happened, but as I think about it now, circumstances could have happened differently if I had of been living for the Lord in my earlier years.

As people live for the Lord and by the word of God, we teach our children that we should not have sex before marriage, that it is better to wait until we are married. We teach our children to pray about the man or woman that God has for them, so that their spouse will be the right one, we try to teach them good healthy morals to live by in life. As we know, we live in a sinful world, we were brought into it, and there are, in a lot of cases, we tend to put the "cart before the horse," so to say.

Girlfriends, I'm sure that each of know, that as we are growing and learning, we realize that we have some mistakes along the way, we have made some wrong choices throughout our life. Even though we may have made some wrong choices and may have done things in the wrong order, the wrong timing, it is so good to know that now is a good time, the right time to ask for forgiveness for those choices, those decisions so many years ago. If you are living for the Lord, then it is all under the blood and God has forgiven you.

If there is anyone who has not made things right with God and this is something that you would like to do, then today is the right time, the perfect time in which to do so. Look at our key verse where God says, at the right time He listened, this moment is the right time to make things right. Maybe you are a person who has never accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, well girlfriend let me say that today is the most beautiful day for you to do so. Listen to what Romans 13:11 is saying to you, "Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we believed."

What better timing than right now to make your life right, your heart right with Jesus, to become a daughter of God. God is calling you, He has been drawing you, speaking to you to come, come to Him, come into His arms so that you can experience the true love of the Father. For the first time in your life, you will truly know and feel His unconditional love, that everything from your past will be washed away and forgiven as it says in 1 John 1:7, and Hebrews 10:10-12. God is ready to give blessings to all who come to Him, Luke 4:19.

Girlfriends, to those of you who are living for the Lord, now is the time to continue to spread the good new of Jesus to the poor (Luke 4:19), to the ones who may have not heard about the love of Jesus. Now is the time to share our testimonies of what the Lord has done for us, what He has brought us through, His love for others. Now is the time to be a blessing to others who may be in need of a kind word, a helping hand, a drive to the store, or to their work place. Now is the time to be God's hand and feet extended, so let's get out there and shine for Jesus, amen, Amen.

Father God, I thank you for this wonderful sunny day. Lord, I give you praise for your love and mercy. Lord, I lift up that one who has not made you Lord and Savior of their life that today would be the perfect day to do so, you are waiting. Lord, I declare that as your presence falls upon them, they will feel the warmth of your love in a most indescribable way. Lord I thank you that love us with a unconditional loving heart, and that everything that we have done in our past is washed under the blood and forgiven as well as forgotten. I thank you in advance for every person here today that surrenders their heart to you as they ask you to come in and be Lord and Savior of their life in the Mighty name of Jesus, I give you praise, Amen.
