He passed on to the people all the truth he got from me. He did not lie or cheat: he walked with me, living a good and righteous life, and turned many from their lives of sin. Malachi 2:6 The Living Bible

Good Morning Girlfriends:

To be a faithful Christian today, living in an evil day, we must learn to stand alone no matter what the cost. Each and every one of us will face pressures of all sorts that would violate our Christian standards to go along with the crowd. If a teenager is trying to live a life as a Christian, they may have some friends that may try to sway them to join in smoking or trying a joint as it is being passed around. The question that they will be faced with, what will they do? What about all the teenagers who go to the hockey games to watch some of their school mates play, and some of the students get involved in the after game parties that usually lead to alcohol and experimenting in sexual activities and maybe even with several partners. Will they take part or turn away? There is an exam that is coming up and you hear of illegal papers with the answers on them, will you take one just to pass the exam?

Christian adults also face pressures in life that would compromise their faith. You may be on your job and your boss may ask you charge a customer a higher price on something than usual, so the extra money could go in their pocket, would you do it? What about a time when there is a family gathering and someone is talking about one of the other family members and tearing them down, do you get caught up in it or stand up to it? What if your spouse that you are married to, asks you to do something that goes against God's standards in the marriage bed, they ask you to turn your head as if nothing had happened, do you do it, because it would mean another divorce if you didn't take part in their corrupted game.

Of course no one likes to be ridiculed or rejected, we all like to be liked and included in things, but as a Christian where do we draw the line. Some people think when you live as a Christian, that we live a life of having no fun and we are different or as some people has said about me, is that I'm weird. Why do they think that I am weird...It's because I stand out differently than they do because I am not swayed or tempted to go along with the crowd just to be accepted. Girlfriends, it is more important to stand alone for Jesus Christ, because if we yield and fall into the temptations of this world, we dishonor God and lose our "distinctiveness" for our Savior.

Noah is a perfect example of one that stood alone in an evil day. God had told Noah to build an ark, and for a hundred and twenty-five years he worked on it, while the rest of the world made fun of him. They said it wasn't going to rain and they kept on living their life of sin, open sex, drinking and carrying on as usual thinking it was okay, they had no regard for God. Then the day came that God wiped the population out because there was so much corruption, kind of like today.

Matthew 24:37-39 applies to us today, just as it did in Noah's day, "so it will be in the days prior to His return." Doesn't that describe the days in which we are living now, not too much is hidden, it's right out in plain sight, people living together, drugs, sex scandals. The sad thing is that there were grandchildren of the godly Enoch who were swept away in the flood. They may have known about God or knew Him, but did not heed the warnings that God had been giving, they blended in with the evil that was going on and didn't stand apart from it.

Girlfriends, when Jesus returns there will be many who will claim to know God, and there will even be some who will say that they prophesied in His name and cast out devils and did miracles in His name, who will say "Lord Lord," but He will say to them, "I never knew you; depart from me, you who practice lawlessness." (Matt. 7:21-23) How sad it will be that they will think that they knew Jesus, but Jesus didn't know them because they blended in with the wickedness of the end times. Sometimes it's not easy, but we must stand alone, we need to stand out, we need to look different than the rest of the world. We must stand strong, stand guard, be watchful of the tricks the enemy brings our way in hopes that we will fall.

Let's be the ones who stands alone, so that there will be no discrepancies in any way, that Jesus will no exactly who we are when He comes back to take His people home, Amen?

Let's Pray,

Father God, You are worthy of all the praise. You are the mighty God and Savior of the world. You deserve the glory and the honor, for you alone are worthy of it all. Lord, I pray that as we live in the very last days, moments in this world, that each of us would stay strong so that we stay unbreakable, unbendable, unmovable and unshakable to the enemies attacks. Lord, let us stand apart to look different in every way from the world in which we live. Lord, let there be such a difference in your people that there will be no mistaking who we are on the day of your return, ion the Mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Be blessed sweet girlfriends, and pass the blessings on. Thank you for passing this message on.
