So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 1 John 4:16 ESV
Good Morning Girlfriends:
We are living in days in which many occurrences have been taking place all around the world, some things that we may not understand and other things that we can see right through. There has been many things, hidden things that has been going on in our world that is now being exposed by our God who has seen it all right from the very start.
What has been going on in our countries, towns, cities and states, has caused a mighty ruckus between people, and Christians have not been exempt from all of this. We as a nation have to pull together as a team and pray even more fervently over these events, over the people who have been involved in all of the "Ruckus" that has been created. We were always know as a Godly nation who put God first, and we need to more than ever pray Him back into our cities, towns and states.
The Word of God tells us in John 16:33 that in this life we deal with the trials of sickness, tragedy, natural disasters, and evil. Yet for the Christian, we are able to walk through it all with peace and purpose. The life that God has called us to is wonderful because Jesus reminds us that He has overcome the world.
I came across this quote of "6 Rules In Life To Live By," then I had added one more to the list to make "7." Here I am sharing the list with you, as I have also added scripture to go along with it.
LET IT GO: Don't let a bad minute, hour, or a day ruin tomorrow. Matt. 6:34 says, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Isaiah 43:18, Psalm 30:5.
IGNORE IT: Don't listen to other people who aren't where you want to be. Nobody needs to understand but you. James 1:2-4 says to, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
DON'T COMPARE: The only person you should try to beat is you from yesterday. Ephes. 4:22-24 reminds us, "You were taught, with great regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires, to be made new in the attitude of your minds, and put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness." Lamentations 3:22-24, Eccles. 1:7-8, Jeremiah 29:11.
REMAIN CALM: It's okay not to have everything figured out, you will get there. Prov. 3:5-6 reminds us to, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Galatians 6:9, Phil. 4:6-7.
IT'S ON YOU: Only you are in charge of your happiness. Psalm 144:15 tells us, "Joyful indeed are those whose God is the LORD." Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 16:8-9 says, "I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices, my body also will rest secure." Nehemiah 8:10, Phil. 4:4.
SMILE: Life is short, smile while you are still here. Prov. 15:30 tells us, "A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health." Prov. 17:22 tells us that, "A cheerful heart is good medicine." This is a little prayer to God, "Make your face shine on your servant and teach me your decrees." "Many, Lord, are asking, 'Who will bring us prosperity?' Let the light of your face shine on us. Fill my heart with joy when their grain and new wine abound" Psalm 4:6-7.
REMEMBER GOD LOVES YOU: "Jesus: "For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came from God." John 16:27, and John 3:16 reminds us, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." 1 John 4:16.
The Lord especially wanted to remind His children today that He loves you, those are the words that I awoke to hearing before my feet even hit the floor. He wanted you to be reminded that He loves you, He is making a way for each of us to make it through these very hard times. He is our God who never fails, and He is always making a way, providing for His children. He is a God that sees everything that is going on and He is where we find our strength to carry on each and every day. He is where our joy comes from, our hope comes from and our love, it is all in Him, so let's rejoice in knowing the God that loves us, Amen?
Let's Pray,
Father God, I praise You Lord, because You are a good good Father who loves Your children unconditionally. Lord I thank You that You sent Your son to die for us so that we can live free. Free from depression, free from offense, free from infirmities, free from the things of this world. Lord, let keep the faith to endure whatever comes our way each day and may we be an example of Your great love, to others who have not met You yet. I pray that each of our loved ones would have their own personal experience with You as Your presence falls upon them at this very moment in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Be blessed dear ones and pass the blessings of God on to others. Thank you for passing this message on to those you may feel would be blessed by it.
