What Are You Declaring

You will declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28 NKJV

Good Morning Girlfriends:

As I often do sit and think about words that come out of peoples mouths, I often wonder do they realize just what they are saying. Sometimes I don't think that we truly understand the power that is in our words. I have often heard someone say, "Oh I was just joking," and that very well may be, but once those words are released out of the mouth, depending what is said, will determine what will come out of those words.

In the word of God it tells us in John 5:19 when Jesus replied, "The Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing, and in the same way." John 14:31 says it this way, "But so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded me." So we learn that Jesus would only speak what the Father would tell Him to speak, to go where the Father told Him to go, and do what the Father told Him to do, Jesus was on a mission for His heavenly Father.

We as a people have the power to speak negative things out of our mouths or we can speak positive things out of our mouth, and whichever words we speak out, we will have what we say, does that make sense? Proverbs 18:21TNLT says it this way, "The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences." The Amplified Bible says it this way, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it and indulge in it, will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words." So we as individuals have a choice, and maybe there are some who didn't even realize the severity of what their words may be doing in their lives. Job 22:28 is a powerful scripture that attests to the power of spoken words, when we decree and declare according to "God's Word," we are operating in our dominion authority and activating the power that God has given us.

I guess what I am trying to get across girlfriends, is that we must determine what we want to come out of our mouths, is it words of good or evil, negative or positive, words that the people of the world would speak or the words of God. If we speak out something like, "Oh that's just the way my life goes, nothing good ever comes to me," then that is exactly what you will have. But if you say something like, "Things in the past in my life have gone down hill, but I am believing for a turn around in my life, things are going to get better," that is the difference of how things will turn out for you. We have to learn to turn our words around in order to make them work in a positive way for us, it makes sense right.

So girlfriends, what are you decreeing today over your life, over your situation, over that family member, over that job that is in front of you. Let us come together and agree together on that certain situation that you are facing. Matthew 18:19 says, "Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven." You see, we are agreeing together according to what the word of God says and it will be done. We are not agreeing in the name of Budah or any other name but the name of Jesus, His promise is that it will be done for you, Amen.

Let's Pray,

Father God, I lift up a song of praise to You, the Lord of the heavens and the earth. You are the Almighty God who deserves our praise. Lord, I come into agreement with every dear soul that is represented here today that is facing a marital or relationship problem. We declare and decree that nothing is impossible for You and that this situation will be completely turned around for the glory of my God. For that mother who has been praying for that son or daughter to surrender their life fully to the Lord, We declare together, that they are coming home in the mighty name of Jesus, they are surrendering their life to Jesus and will live for Him the rest of their days. To the one who is looking at a job opportunity, we together, say that job is yours, we decree and declare it in the mighty name of Jesus. To that special dear lady who has always wanted to experience giving birth to your own baby, we decree and declare that it shall be done in the Mighty name of Jesus and all the glory goes to the Lord in Jesus Mighty name, Amen
