What Time Is It

Good Morning Girlfriends:

Oh my goodness every clock in the house is telling me a different time, it seems like it was not long ago I had changed all of the batteries. One clock is running on fast time, another clock is on slow time, one is on no time because it has stopped, but my phone is telling me the correct time.

Boy, that can really mess ones day up if one doesn't catch on to what is going on with the time. Looking at the clock that is running slow, i would think I have more time to get thing's done than what I really do. If I look at the clock that is running a little fast, then I would be thinking I might not have enough time to finish a project, so it would have to wait for another time. If I was to look at the clock that was at a stand still, then that would be my eye opener that something was up, as I would have to go searching for what the right time really was.

Time is a very important thing in our lives, everything seems to run by the clock. A certain time we have to wake up to go to work, there's a certain time we may lay a baby down for a nap. There is a certain time when the school bell rings for the children to be dismissed to go home, for everything there is a time.

Have we ever thought about the times when the baby wakes up quite a bit earlier than they usually do, because they must think it's time to get up and start the day. That is just what happened here, baby Jax (my grandson) woke up early, he used his mother's phone and called "Mimi," who is up the hall, just to say "Hi," letting me know that he was awake, he's sixteen months old, he's so funny.

Girlfriends, as I sit here and think about this, we should be very aware of the time, what is going on around us so that we know the time to move and when not to move. When we realize that things are changing around us, something is changing, something is different, out of the norm, it kind of gives us the heads up that something is coming, something different is going to happen.

Thinking about how "little Jax" keeps me on my toes, there is never a moment that I can take my eyes off of him, before he is into something or onto his next mission. I have to be aware at all times of what is going on with him, not only at what I am doing at the moment, but more important, what he is doing. There have been a few times that it has been quite hazardous when I went one way and "Jax" had gone the other way, something would get broke.

It's the same way with certain situations that takes place in our life, if we are not paying attention or we are looking another way, we just might miss something very important, a hidden detail, a sign that may have given us a sign to something very important that was taking place right under our nose. If we were to miss these signs it can lead us or cause some very hazardous times in our lives, it can cause us to work a little faster, a little harder in order to get things turned around, or it may cause things to come to a stop all together for a time.

Our key verse says that the good man's life is full of light and the sinner's life is dark and gloomy. There is no better time than right now to turn that life around from the darkness and into God's glorious light. Now is the time to give your heart over to Jesus if you have not made that very important decision. God has been watching you, He has seen everything that you have been through, He has been waiting for you to call out to Him, so that your life will no longer look the same. Even when we are already living for the Lord, it is important for each of us to take a good look at our lives at times, to see if there is any tweaking that may need to take place, any repenting that may need to be done, so that we are always on top of things, so that nothing hazardous can occur.

When we live on our toes, so to say, we are on guard to the things that are going on all around us, we are aware of what kind of people are trying to make their way into our life, we are aware of the situations that that could happen before they ever occur. Time is always clicking right along, so let's make the most of every moment that we have on this earth. Let's love more, help more, pray more, be quick to forgive and be quick to ask for forgiveness, Amen, Amen!

Father God, I thank you for this glorious day, I thank you for another day to praise, worship and to declare your word. Lord, today I am declaring that lives that have been living in darkness are coming into your glorious light. I declare that there will be many changes in peoples lives, there will be many marriages taking place this year, there are new relationships being formed this year. I declare that there new homes going up this year, new moves are taking place this year, prodigals are coming home this year. I declare that this is the year for double blessings in the Mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
